Abstract:
Author in the histologically normal testis of a patient aged 31 suffering of varicocele by electron microscopy revealed the presence of polynuclear spermatids and spermiums, i.e. disturbance of the spermiogenesis. The cause of this phenomenon has to be cleared by further studies.
