    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the incidence of postlaryngectomy tracheal stoma stenosis.
    • To identify risk factors and preventive measures for stoma stenosis.

    • Retrospective analysis of 89 postlaryngectomy patients.
    • Evaluation of radiotherapy use, tracheal cannula retention duration, and stomal construction techniques.
