    Summary

    Two turkey flocks with tenosynovitis outbreaks yielded viruses related to chicken tenosynovitis virus. These isolates caused tenosynovitis in young turkeys, ruling out Staphylococcus aureus and Mycoplasma synoviae.

    Background:
