[Electrical impedance of the skin in hemiplegic patients]

Skin electrical impedance parameters have been calculated in 15 hemiplegic subjects and in 10 healty subjects in order to evaluate differences before and after physiokynesitheraphy. The first result put in evidence a significant reduction in the impedance of the hemiplegic subjects in comparison with normal subjects; after physiokinesitheraphy the values tend to become more like the normal ones. On the contrary, till now significant skin impedance differences between ill and healty side have not been registered.
