[Angiocardiographic anatomy of the right heart ventricle]

An angiographic anatomy of the normal right ventricle has been developed on the basis of morphologic findings in 28 normal hearts of newborns and children below eight years of age who died of noncardiac causes, correlated with 22 angiograms in subjects showing no cardiac abnormalities or some insignificant hemodynamic disorders. A possibility of identifying right-ventricular structures and departments on the basis of anatomic--angiographic correlation (sinus, trabecular and cone parts, inflow and outflow departments, supraventricular ridge, moderator fascicle, dividing muscular ring) is demonstrated.
