[Acute biliary pancreatitis]

By means of experimental investigations the author has established a certain significance of a trauma of the mucous membrane of the opening of the common bile and pancreatic ducts for the development of acute cholecysto-pancreatitis. A great importance of sanitation of bile ducts was shown on the basis of results of a complex treatment of 189 patients.
