    Background:

    • Chronic pancreatitis is a debilitating condition affecting pancreatic function.
    • Irradiation can induce pancreatic damage, but its effects on salivary glands are less understood.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the parallel effects of irradiation-induced chronic pancreatitis on parotid and pancreatic function and histology in dogs.
