Abstract:
The content of 17 beta-estradiol in cytosol of guinea pig and human estrogen-sensitive tissues was determined by radioimmunoassay. The evaluation of accuracy and precision of the obtained data confirms reliability of the assay. The present study has some methodical advantages.
