[Hypospadias repair with hair free skin strips (author's transl)]

A modification of a penoscrotal method for correction of male hypospadiasis presented. The penile urethra is formed by two hairless strips of penile. With this modification, the penoscrotal technique which has been successfully used until now, is improved significantly. The advantage of this surgical technique, which is described in detail, is the prevention of growth of hair, in the new formed urethra following Puberty.
