    Background:

    • Acquired digital fibrokeratoma (ADF) is a rare cutaneous neoplasm.
    • It typically presents as an asymptomatic, solitary, cylindrical tumor on the digits.

    Observation:

    • This case report details a patient presenting with ADF.
    • The tumor occurred in the third to sixth decade of life, predominantly affecting the fingers.

    Findings:

    • Histological analysis showed a cylindriform connective tissue proliferation.
    • The proliferation was surrounded by an akantholytic epidermis with papillomatous changes and hyperkeratosis.

    Implications:

    • Differential diagnosis includes rudimentary supernumerary digit, cutaneous horn, and pyogenic granuloma.
    • Surgical excision is the recommended therapy for this benign condition of unknown etiology.
