Metastatic carcinoma of the skeletal muscle

Metastatic carcinoma of the skeletal muscle is very rare. We have described such a case in a 53-year-old man who clinically presented with a metastatic carcinoma of the right deltoid muscle. At autopsy, the primary lesion was found in the lung.
