Unusual presentation of pyogenic spinal epidural abscess. A case report
Abstract:
A patient with pyogenic spinal epidural abscess is presented, in whom features suggestive of tuberculous arachnoiditis were initially present. The differential diagnosis and management of the two conditions are reviewed.
