Krukenberg's spindle and contact lens-induced edema
American Journal of Optometry and Physiological Optics

Abstract:
Krukenberg's spindle, a pigment deposit on the corneal endothelium, is frequently an inconsequential finding, although it can be associated with pigmentary glaucoma. A case report is presented describing corneal changes occurring with a gas-permeable contact lens (Polycon) in the presence of a Krukenberg spindle.
