    Summary

    A rare intracochlear neurinoma was discovered in a 54-year-old man. This small tumor, originating from the cochlear neuron, was confined to the inner ear without causing initial symptoms.

    • This case highlights the possibility of asymptomatic intracochlear neurinomas.
    • Early detection of intralabyrinthine tumors is crucial for better outcomes.
    • Further research is needed to understand the presentation and management of cochlear nerve tumors.
