    Summary

    Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy revealed deoxyribotrinucleoside diphosphates (dNTPs) like d-TpTpT and d-TpTpC maintain their structure in solution. These DNA building blocks conserve intrinsic features when forming longer DNA chains.
