Abstract:
Timolol has become a frequent choice in the drug therapy for glaucoma. Its popularity has been enhanced by the initial trials which led to the belief that this medication would control glaucoma without side effects. More recent clinical evidence indicates that although timolol is a useful therapeutic, it is not free from all side effects as previously believed.
