    • A minimum follow-up of two years confirmed the durability of the results.

    • This flap technique provides a viable option for external ear reconstruction, particularly in cases with limited reconstructive choices.
    • The dermal pedicle approach may enhance flap survival and reduce donor site morbidity.
    • Further investigation into the application of this flap in a larger patient cohort is warranted.
