    Background:

    • Gallbladder adenocarcinoma is a rare but aggressive cancer.

    Observation:

    • The cell doubling time was determined to be 36 hours.
    • Analysis revealed a modal chromosome number of 74 with 6 marker chromosomes present in all cells after 21 months in culture.
