[A "wholly mechanical" Péan-type gastric resection (author's transl)]

The authors present a simple technique of Péan-type gastric resection, using the T.A. 90 stapler to close the gastric stump and the E.E.A. instrument to perform the termino-lateral gastroduodenostomy. No post-operative complications nor anastomotic stenoses were observed.
