    • To compare two methods for analyzing ODC data: direct O2 content measurement and dynamic tonometry.

    • Blood samples from mature chickens were subjected to controlled oxygenation and deoxygenation.
    • Partial pressure of oxygen (PO2), partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PCO2), and pH were measured.
