[Detection of multiple primary malignant tumors in outpatient practice]

The author has studied the occurrence and types of primary-multiple malignant tumors met in the every-day work of the oncological consulting-room of the city hospital. The amount of primary-multiple tumors, the pattern of combinations of malignant lesions in the people subjected to dispensary examination and the efficacy of the prophylactic medical examination are analyzed for the period of 25 years.
