    Background:

    • Anthracyclines like doxorubicin and daunorubicin are vital chemotherapy agents.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the differential distribution of doxorubicin (Adriamycin) and daunorubicin (Daunomycin) within blood components after intravenous injection.
    • To quantify drug accumulation in plasma, red blood cells (RBCs), white blood cells (WBCs), and platelets (PTs).

    Main Methods:

    • Intravenous injection of doxorubicin or daunorubicin (10 or 15 mg/kg) in vivo.
