    Background:

    • Desmoid tumors, also known as aggressive fibromatosis, are neoplasms arising from connective tissue.

    • This study reviews sonographic and computed-tomographic (CT) findings in two patients diagnosed with mesenteric desmoid tumors.
    • Ultrasound imaging demonstrated well-circumscribed masses with echogenic foci.
    • CT scans correlated these echogenic foci with mesenteric fat and vessels.
