Abstract:
A patient with the initial symptoms of trigeminal neuralgia suddenly developed facial and acoustic nerve palsies after experiencing a spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage. The cause of the hemorrhage was found when a trigeminal neurinoma with an old intracapsular hematoma was exposed.
