Abstract:
The authors share their experience of the treatment of purulent injuries of joints in children with osteomyelitis. The paracentetic method of treatment was used in 7 children, 8 children were subjected to closed continuous drainage and lavage of the articulation cavity with antibiotics with enzymes and antiseptics by an original technique with different combination of drainage tubes. The results of treatment followed during a year show the efficiency of the proposed method of treatment.
