    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the long-term survival and outcomes of patients with childhood-onset systemic lupus erythematosus and nephritis.
    • To analyze the impact of nephritis severity and treatment on prognosis in pediatric SLE patients.
    • To identify key factors influencing morbidity and mortality in this cohort.

    Main Methods:

    • Retrospective study of 36 patients with SLE onset before age 20, focusing on those with clinical nephritis.
    • Follow-up duration averaged 5 years, with survival analysis calculated at 10 years post-nephritis onset.
