Preliminary pharmacological data on synthetic peptides related to dermorphin
Abstract:
The preliminary pharmacological data on synthetic peptides related to dermorphin (opiate-heptapeptide) are reported. The tetrapeptide, corresponding to the N-terminal sequence of dermorphin is a minimum requirement for significant opiate-activity in vitro.
