[Ambulatory hemodilution therapy of peripheral arterial circulation disorders]
Abstract:
Ambulatory isovolaemic haemodilution in 10 patients with disturbances of the arterial blood supply of the stages II-IV after Fontaine resulted in an increase of the distance of claudication intermittens as well as in an occlusion-plethysmographically measurable increase of the reactive blood supply of the legs. The indications, contraindications and precautionary measures of the haemodilution therapy of advanced disturbances of the blood supply are discussed.
