[Primary carcinoma of the external and middle ear (author's transl)]

The authors studied 109 primary carcinomas of the external and middle ear, considering that those in the auricle represented 93% of all cases, the external auditory canal 3,5% and middle ear also 3,5%. The clinical aspects were analysed as well as discussed the therapeutical indications, performed basic surgical technics and in particular, the sub-total resection of the temporal bone. The results obtained were presented in 86 determinant cases with follow-up for 5 or more years : (formula index).
