    Giant lymph node hyperplasia, a lymphoid tissue lesion, can cause systemic symptoms. This case report details a rare association between giant lymph node hyperplasia and temporal arteritis, previously undocumented in medical literature.

    Background:

    • Giant lymph node hyperplasia (GLNH) is a rare benign lymphoproliferative disorder.
    • GLNH can present with systemic symptoms including fever, anemia, and hyperglobulinemia.
    • The etiology and pathogenesis of GLNH remain incompletely understood.

    Observation:

    • This report describes a unique case of GLNH.
    • The patient presented with clinical and pathological features consistent with GLNH.
    • Notably, the patient also exhibited signs and symptoms of temporal arteritis.

    Findings:

    • The co-occurrence of GLNH and temporal arteritis is described.
    • This association has not been previously reported in existing literature.
    • Diagnostic and histological findings confirmed both conditions.
