    Background:

    • Neuro-Behcet's disease is a rare condition affecting the nervous system.
    • Diagnosis can be challenging, especially when neurological symptoms are primary.

    Observation:

    • A patient with neuro-Behcet's disease experienced worsening neurologic deficits.
    • Cerebral computerized tomography (CT) revealed a contrast-enhancing lesion during these exacerbations.

    Findings:

    • Contrast-enhancing lesions on cerebral CT are consistent with neuro-Behcet's disease pathology.
    • These imaging findings correlate with histopathologic evidence.

    Implications:

    • The presence of contrast-enhancing lesions can strengthen the clinical suspicion of neuro-Behcet's disease.
    • This is particularly important in cases where neurological deficits are the initial presentation.
