Pulmonary uptake of gallium-67 in Wegener's granulomatosis

Abstract:
A case of Wegener's granulomatosis diagnosed by open lung biopsy demonstrated intense pulmonary uptake of Ga-67 in the involved portion of the lung. This represents the first reported case of this disease showing gallium uptake.
