    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the efficacy and safety of paired hinged silicone penile prostheses for ED.
    • To present a reliable method for estimating the required rigid shaft length of the prosthesis.

    Main Methods:

    • Twenty-five men (ages 26-66) with ED underwent implantation of paired hinged silicone penile prostheses.
    • A measurement technique involving subtracting 20 mm from the symphysis-to-mid-glans length was used to estimate prosthesis size.
    • Patient satisfaction and functional outcomes were assessed post-implantation.

    • The prosthesis served as a satisfactory corporeal dilator in 84% of patients.
