    Area of Science:

    • Urology
    • Surgical Pathology

    Background:

    • Epidermoid cysts of the testis are rare germ cell tumors.
    • They are typically benign and present as a solitary lesion.

    Observation:

    • Six cases of testicular epidermoid cyst were surgically treated.
    • The cysts were successfully managed with conservative surgical techniques, preserving testicular tissue.

    Findings:

    • Conservative surgery is a viable and effective treatment option for testicular epidermoid cysts.
    • Enucleation of the cyst allows for preservation of testicular parenchyma and function.

    Implications:

    • These findings support conservative management as the preferred approach for testicular epidermoid cysts.
    • Preserving the testis through conservative surgery can improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
