Intraductal papilloma arising in supernumerary vulvar breast tissue

Abstract:
A case of intraductal papilloma arising in ectopic vulvar breast tissue is described. This is believed to be the first example of this lesion reported in the literature. The general clinical and pathologic features of supernumerary vulvar breast tissue, and the various breast diseases occurring at this ectopic site, are reviewed.
