Leydig cell function and morphology in the rat testis after exposure to heat
Andrologia
|January 1, 1980
Summary
Brief scrotal heat exposure to 43°C impaired Leydig cell function in adult rats, reducing testosterone response to LH stimulation. This heat-induced testicular dysfunction may contribute to observed spermatogenetic arrest.
