    Summary

    A sinusoidal fetal heart rate (FHR) pattern during labor, linked to amnionitis, resulted in excellent fetal and maternal outcomes. This case suggests not all sinusoidal FHR patterns necessitate immediate delivery, despite their association with fetal distress.
