[Permanent cardiac pacing: a new myoepicardial electrode (author's transl)]

Description of a myoepicardial stimulation electrode which offers optimal possibilities of electrical and mechanical reliability and of easy surgical insertion. The good quality of our results in 10 animals with a follow up of one year is such that clinical use is legitimate. Initial results in 10 patients with a follow up of ten months are satisfactory.
