[A case of double aortic arc revealed in a teenager by respiratory problems (author's transl)]

The authors report a case of double aortic arc revealed by respiratory problems of obstructive type in a teenager. The diagnosis suggested by routine radiological check up as confirmed by aortography. After surgical disruption of the vascular ring, the respiratory troubles disappeared.
