Abstract:
Allergic complications were revealed in 5.5% of cases in the treatment of 400 patients with primary varicose dilatation of the lower extremity veins. Operations were performed on 322 patients. Tactical errors and complications during the operation were noted in 3.7%, lesions of the main femoral vessels in 4 patients being most severe of them. Postoperative complications were revealed in 12.7% of cases. Measures for their prevention are proposed.
