    • The procedure can be combined with unilateral duct reconstruction for chronic bilateral sinusitis.
    • It serves as a prophylactic measure against nasofrontal duct injury.

    Implications:

    • This surgical technique offers a viable treatment for complex frontal sinusitis.
    • It provides a method for preventing complications from sinus surgery.
    • Further investigation into its application in diverse patient populations is warranted.
