[Retroperitoneal postlymphadenectomy acute renal failure]

The authors present a case of post-lymphadenectomy, retroperitoneal A.R.I. in a patient suffering from Hypernephrom. They make an analysis of the causes which may be responsible for the acute, kidney failure in this case and propose solutions for intraoperative treatment in order to prevent this highly dangerous and not always favourably resolved effect.
