    Background:

    • Klinefelter syndrome (KS) is a genetic condition affecting males, characterized by the presence of an extra X chromosome.
    • It often leads to hypogonadism, reduced fertility, and specific physical characteristics.
    • Understanding the reproductive aspects of KS is crucial for diagnosis and management.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the seminal fluid characteristics, chromosomal makeup, and testicular histology in patients with Klinefelter syndrome.
    • To correlate histological findings with spermatogenic function and chromosomal constitution.
    • To assess the diagnostic value of microscopic seminal fluid analysis in KS.

    Main Methods:

    • Analysis of seminal fluid parameters (volume, pH, sperm density) in 32 KS patients.
    • Karyotyping to determine chromosomal formula.
    • Histopathological examination of testicular tissue.
    • Correlation of clinical, cytogenetic, and histological data.

    • Further research into gonadal mosaicism in KS is warranted.
