    Two pet guinea pigs experienced severe skin issues caused by Trixacarus caviae mites. Treatment with lime sulfur effectively resolved the intense itching, hair loss, and skin thickening, indicating a successful therapeutic outcome for sarcoptic mange in guinea pigs.
