[Bilateral, simultaneous and symmetrical large hypernephroid carcinoma of the kidney (author's transl)]

A case of bilateral simultaneous large hypernephroid renal carcinoma is presented. The patient is alive and without metastases 10 years following bilateral partial resection. Various techniques of partial kidney resection are presented.
