[Ileal ureter replacement in retroperitoneal fibrosis. Case report]

A case of bilateral retroperitoneal fibrosis. Considering the presently used conservative and surgical treatment methods the early ileal uretersubstitution seems advisable. On review of the pertinent literature available no similar operative technique has been used for the treatment of retroperitoneal fibrosis.
