Abstract:
In a 26 years old patient an interstitial pregnancy after salpingectomy was not recognized when an interruption in the 12th week of gestation was performed. After rupture in the 18th week of pregnancy a hysterectomy was necessary. A histological examination of the material obtained by the curettage would have required an earlier operation. Thus a conservative procedure would have been possible.
