Tuberculous arthritis of 33 years' duration with destruction of the wrist joint

We have described an unusual case of tuberculous arthritis with a 33-year history of symptomatic disease and destruction of the left wrist joint. This case emphasizes the chronicity and destructive potential of untreated tuberculous arthritis.
