Abstract:
Cytogenetic researches of the bone marrow cells in eight newborn lambs with different innate anomalies showed that they had a normal karyotype, 18.4 +/- 0.47% aneuploid, 1.31+/-0.08% polyploid cells and 0.97+/-0.16% cells with spontaneous chromosomes aberrations, which corresponds to analogous indices in normal lambs.
