[Experiences with neoimplantation of the ureters following Cohen's method (author's transl)]

In the years 1977 to 1979 three operative procedures were used by us to correct vesico-ureteric reflux. The results in relation to 82 re-implanted ureters are presented. The indications for anti-reflux surgery are discussed in relation to the Cohen and Grégoir techniques. The Politano-Leadbetter technique was replaced by the Cohen method. The latter is simpler to perform and has a lower complication rate.
